Our policy is clear: all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
Any service that includes gel polish comes with a 5-day warranty. Should you experience any issues with your gel polish within this period, please contact us for a complimentary correction. We ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of providing you with exceptional service. Please be aware that, aside from our gel polish warranty, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a service is completed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to offering you a relaxing and satisfying experience.
During your service, please notify the front-desk if you have issues or unsatisfied with the performance of your technician for immediate remedy. You are also welcome to contact management by business phone call ( no email )
Chipped gel polish/dip powder will be fixed free of charge within 5 days of service. Client must come back to the salon within the five days grace period, no exceptions. No refund.
For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in the salon.
Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
